1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using this website (the "Site"), operated by Genius Lab Media Group ("GLMG", "we", "us"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Site. These terms apply to the Site itself; specific client engagements are governed by a separate signed services agreement, which controls in the event of any conflict with these terms.
2. Description of services
GLMG provides political digital intelligence, strategy, and campaign technology services to clients including candidates, parties, coalitions, and their representatives. Content on this Site is provided for general informational purposes about our capabilities and does not itself constitute a service engagement, legal advice, or electoral advice.
3. No guarantee of results
Political campaigns are influenced by many factors outside our control. Nothing on this Site or in any communication with GLMG is a promise or guarantee of any electoral, political, or business outcome, including but not limited to votes, polling movement, media coverage, or election results.
4. Political & regulatory disclaimer
GLMG is a private firm and is not a political party, candidate committee, government agency, or electoral authority in any jurisdiction. We operate across multiple countries, each with its own campaign finance, political advertising, and disclosure laws (including, for example, rules administered by the U.S. Federal Election Commission, Mexico's Instituto Nacional Electoral, and equivalent bodies elsewhere). Clients remain solely responsible for ensuring that their campaigns, advertising, and use of our services comply with the electoral, advertising-disclosure, and campaign finance laws applicable to them. Nothing on this Site constitutes legal advice; clients should consult qualified local counsel regarding their obligations.
5. Confidentiality
We treat inquiries and client engagements as confidential by default. Specific confidentiality and non-disclosure obligations for a given engagement are set out in that engagement's services agreement or a separate non-disclosure agreement, not in these Site terms.
6. Intellectual property
All content on this Site — including text, graphics, logos, and software — is owned by GLMG or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this Site's content without our prior written consent.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Site to submit false or fraudulent information, to interfere with the Site's operation or security, or to attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or data.

11. Governing law & disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of Mexico, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection or data-protection rights you may have under the laws of your country of residence, including EU/UK or US state law where applicable. Any dispute arising from these terms that cannot be resolved informally will be submitted to the competent courts of Mexico City, unless a separate services agreement specifies a different forum.
12. Severability
If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Site after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
